Every item listed on MISHMASH undergoes a thorough quality inspection and professional sanitization before going live. All items — including clothing, dresses, bags, shoes, and accessories — are classified into the following condition tiers:

جديد بالتيكت: Items are completely unused, have never been worn, and come with their original tags.

بحالة ممتازة: Items appear unused with no signs of wear or flaws. Fabric, leather, hardware, and soles (for shoes) look pristine.

جيد جدًا: Items show very minimal, minor signs of gentle wear, such as faint marks, soft creasing, or tiny imperfections that do not affect overall appearance.

جيد: Items show moderate signs of wear, such as light fading, minor pilling, small marks, gentle scuffs on leather, or slight wear on soles — while still in strong, wearable condition.

مقبول: Items show visible signs of wear, but are still in usable condition. Imperfections are reflected in the pricing and photos.
Additionally, select designer pieces (especially luxury bags, small leather goods, and high-value items) undergo an extra level of scrutiny by our trained team to verify authenticity and highlight any notable details.
