Our Condition Standards

Every item we receive undergoes thorough quality inspection and sanitization before being listed. The items we accept are categorized into the following conditions:

• NEW WITH TAGS:  Brand new, unused, with original tags still attached. Original packaging (dust bag, box, or authenticity card) included where available.
  
  
• LIKE NEW:  No visible signs of use. Appears unworn and in near-perfect condition. Clothing: no marks, pulls, or odours. Bags: no scratches or interior marks, hardware pristine. Shoes: soles unmarked.
  
  
• VERY GOOD:  Very light signs of gentle use. You have to look closely to notice. Clothing: minor fading or tiny imperfections. Bags: faint corner wear or very light surface marks. Shoes: light sole wear, no visible scuffs.
  
  
• GOOD:  Moderate signs of wear, still in great wearable condition and priced accordingly. Clothing: light pilling, fading, or minor marks. Bags: visible corner wear or light scratches. Shoes: moderate sole wear, minor scuffs.
  
  
• FAIR:  Visible signs of use but fully functional and intact. No broken hardware or structural damage. Priced to reflect condition.

Additionally, select designer pieces undergo an extra level of scrutiny by our trained staff to check for any flaws and to verify authenticity.
