Selling Guide

Please ensure your items are clean before sending them.
Items that are not clean will be subject to additional cleaning fees.

Double-check hidden spots for wear and tear.
Be sure to inspect all areas for signs of wear.

Damaged Items:
No pilling, fading, shrinking, stains, or odors. Also no rips, holes, broken zippers, or missing parts. Everything should be in great shape.

Local Brands:
For now, we are not accepting local brands. This might change in the future as we expand, so stay tuned!

Zippers, buttons, and fasteners are in working order.
Items with broken zippers or missing buttons will not be listed.

Make sure all labels are intact.
This includes the neck, size, and care labels.

Clothing Categories:
We accept clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories. Not sure if we take your item? Reach out to us.

Bridal Gowns:
We do not accept bridal gowns at the moment, but we will accept them in the near future.

Empty all pockets.
Remember to remove any personal items.

Labels Must Be Present:
Each dress must have its size, brand, and care labels intact. Without these labels, we can’t accept the item.

Tailor-Made & Bespoke Items:
We currently do not accept tailor-made/bespoke or altered items.
